Job Overview:
The Associate is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the Veraqor’s
staffing needs. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential
candidates to conducting interviews and finalizing offers. The ideal candidate is organized,
communicates effectively, and has a passion for finding the right fit for both the candidate and
Veraqor.
Key Responsibilities:
▪ Understand the hiring needs and job requirements for various roles.
▪ Source candidates using online channels like job boards, LinkedIn, and social media.
▪ Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
▪ Conduct initial interviews to assess applicants’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
▪ Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
▪ Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
▪ Assist in negotiating job offers and finalizing employment details.
▪ Maintain candidate databases and keep track of recruitment metrics.
Skills and Qualifications:
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
▪ Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition of at least 2-3 years.
▪ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
▪ Ability to manage multiple positions and prioritize tasks.
▪ Proficiency in using recruitment tools and Excel sheets
