- The Financial Performance Dashboard will present a picture of the bank’s financial status, encapsulating data on revenue, costs, and profit margins.
- The Segment, Branch, and RM Performance Dashboard will exhibit evaluative metrics for different market segments, regional branches, and relationship managers (RMs).
- The Product Portfolio Dashboard will reveal analytics regarding the bank’s range of financial products and their market allocation.
- The Treasury Dashboard will scrutinize the efficacy of treasury activities, spotlighting both liquidity management and investment outcomes.
- The Risk Management Dashboard will gauge and depict the landscape of potential risks along with the bank’s strategies to mitigate those risks.
- The Customer Insights Dashboard will distill customer behavioral patterns, preferences, and demographic profiles.
- The Operational Efficiency Dashboard will convey information about the bank’s operational methodologies and efficiency gains.
- The Credit Risk Dashboard will assess and report on the risk posed by the bank’s credit portfolio.
- The Customer Service Dashboard will outline metrics related to customer support quality and client contentment levels.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 5 years to 7 years as a Business Analyst in a Banking Environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP).
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
