Strategic Partner Alliance Manager

Veraqor, a well-established Microsoft Partner Consultancy delivering enterprise consulting services to medium to large-scale enterprises, is seeking to appoint a Strategic Partner Alliance Manager (SAM) to drive business growth initiatives through partner channels. As the dedicated Partner Alliance Manager, you will manage alliance and partner relationships, leveraging both new and existing co-seller partner opportunities with Veraqor. Your role will involve hunting, onboarding, and collaborating with our Commercial Partners to grow the indirect sales channel for Veraqor Services. You will work closely with partners to drive sales at scale and deliver revenue impact to the business.

The Strategic Alliance Manager will be responsible for achieving Indirect Sales Quota, Partner NPS, and executing strategic co-sell, go-to-market (GTM), and demand generation initiatives with Veraqor partners. The SAM will ensure consistent engagement with commercial and tech partners to drive customer engagements, qualify pipeline, and plan territories to meet and exceed partner-led sales quotas and expectations. This role is highly strategic to the company and its growth. You may also provide deal coaching, and manage top deal execution, working closely with partner leadership and sales executives and leveraging Veraqor sales and marketing teams to drive indirect sales through partners across key enterprise deliverables.

 Responsibilities

  • Partner Recruitment and Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners to expand Veraqor’s partner ecosystem.
  • Revenue Growth and Partner Management: Grow revenue generated through partner channels while maintaining quality partner experience. Manage the partner sales pipeline and foster strong relationships within the partner ecosystem.
  • Joint Business Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with key partners to align objectives, mutual goals, and drive cooperative strategies.
  • Partner Enablement: Equip partners with the necessary knowledge and resources to succeed, including demonstrating Veraqor offerings.
  • Joint Marketing and Demand Generation: Execute joint marketing campaigns, co-branded activities, and demand generation programs with partners.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders (e.g., sales, marketing, delivery teams) to align resources for partner success.
  • Indirect Sales Ownership: Develop and implement joint sales plans with Territory Partners to drive Veraqor Solution Area sales and ensure effective sales execution.
  • Sales Rhythm and Performance: Institute a regular sales rhythm and lead Sales Reviews to ensure pipeline generation and execution. Provide support for commercial and technical blockers through Veraqor resources.
  • Deal shaping and Coaching: Assist in strategic deals by embedding in deal shaping and coaching partners on deal value conversations. Facilitate sales engagements and co-selling opportunities with strategic partners.
  • Pipeline Management and Reporting: Track opportunities, pipeline, and bookings to provide forecasts and funnel management reports.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as an escalation point for pre-sales and post-sales issues related to partner activities and identify alignment opportunities with channel partners.

 Experience Required:

  • 12+ years of proven experience in partner management, sales, or business development within the technology consulting services sector.
  • Strong understanding of indirect sales models and experience working with Microsoft or similar ecosystems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience selling Cloud, Infrastructure/Applications, Data & AI, or Cybersecurity solutions.
