As an Account Manager at Veraqor, you will be directly responsible for maintaining and growing our business relationships with our client, a premier player in the oil and gas industry. This role involves managing revenue streams, strategizing for new sales opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of Veraqor’s technology solutions aligns with the client’s strategic needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Maintenance and Growth: Ensure continuous revenue streams from existing services and identify opportunities for new sales, upsells, and cross-sells.
- Relationship Management: Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders at the client, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and strategic engagement.
- New Relationship Development: Proactively build new relationships within the client to expand Veraqor’s reach and influence.
- Consultant Team Management: Manage the delivery and performance of assigned consultants, ensuring alignment with client objectives and Veraqor’s standards.
- Recruitment: Identify staffing needs and lead the hiring process for new consultants to meet the client’s project demands.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to set specific goals and plans, aligning Veraqor’s offerings with the client’s business strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong sales background with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with an ability to manage senior client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with strong planning and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Russian and Kazakh.
