The Manager of IT Infrastructure & Security will provide strategic leadership for the organization’s infrastructure function, shaping the long-term vision and ensuring alignment with business goals. This role involves driving the development and implementation of infrastructure strategies, along with establishing architecture standards and operational procedures across the organization. In collaboration with the IT team, the IT Manager will ensure delivery of highly reliable and available server, system, security, cloud and network infrastructure services to all users. Additionally, they will oversee IT governance, ensuring compliance with organizational policies as well as customer-facing regulatory requirements.

IT Cloud:
· Managing and Leading Cloud Technologies like Azure, AWS, Office 365, and Microsoft Intune for organizational benefit.
· Spearheading IntuneOps Initiatives, including automated zero-touch provisioning (Windows Autopilot), Mobile Device Management (MDM), and Mobile Application Management (MAM) to secure and streamline enterprise endpoints.
· Designing and Enforcing Security Baselines, conditional access policies, and compliance profiles within Microsoft Intune to maintain robust device security and automate application deployments.
· Managing Client Onboarding and IT Infrastructure for new coworking clients, ensuring tailored, secure, and isolated network and system setups that meet their specific operational requirements.
· Drafting Comprehensive Technical Proposals and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), translating business needs into scalable IT architecture and acting as the primary technical liaison for prospective clients.
· Managing a dynamic team of individuals, constantly searching for creative ways to elevate the capabilities of new technology systems to meet business needs.
· Assessing the relative impact of IT industry trends on current and future enterprise cloud needs and projects.
· Managing subscriptions of Azure and tracking deployments and projects on Microsoft Azure DevOps.
IT Security:
· Lead the overall ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and SOC 2 Type 2 compliance program requirements and companywide policy roll outs and implementation.
· Provision in close coordination with security team of the organization to improve Security Standards.
· Lead all initiatives with respect to Cyber Security Awareness Training programs for the entire community and represent as an IT & Security owner with appropriate solutions.
