Commercial Lead

The Commercial Lead is a high-impact, quota-carrying role responsible for driving significant revenue growth through strategic partnerships, new logo acquisition, and the expansion of key strategic accounts within a complex, technology consulting environment. This role requires a blend of commercial acumen, senior-level relationship development, and a strong background in driving Digital Transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consultative Hunting & New Logo Acquisition: Proactively hunt, qualify, and secure new business from Partners and direct Customers to generate new revenue streams and acquire new logos, prioritizing opportunities that align with high-value advisory and Digital Transformation services.
  • Strategic Account Cultivation & Growth: Drive the expansion of existing strategic accounts by actively participating in Strategic Account Rhythms. This includes identifying and executing opportunities for growth, ensuring deeper client penetration, on-going client service and maintaining senior-level, trust-based relationships with key client and partner executives.
  • Pre-Sales & Solution Presentation:
    • Partner with the Pre-Sales Solution Architect to present compelling Solution Briefings and Demonstrations to prospects and clients.
    • Work with prospects and existing clients/partners to collaboratively develop and shape digital strategies.
  • Financial Accountability:
    • Own and manage a New Business and Account Growth Quota.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrable senior-level sales experience, ideally 10+ years, in a commercial role within a Technology Consulting background.
  • Proven track record in driving Digital Transformation initiatives and selling complex consulting services/solutions.
  • Highly skilled in building client relationships, corporate communications, and effective team leadership.
  • Deep understanding of the technology landscape and market dynamics.
  • Prior experience in a Product Owner and/or Business Analyst (BA) role will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Prior experience selling solutions based on Microsoft platform is highly desirable will be considered a significant advantage.
