When you are working with us, you will be:
• Working with technical resources to design and model the data warehouse systems.
• Developing, implementing, and documenting projects on BI platforms such as MicroStrategy, PowerBI, TIBCO Spotfire etc.
• Building predictive models and machine-learning algorithms
• Analyzing big data to discover trends and patterns
• Translating business needs into technical specifications
• Using data visualization techniques to present information
• Providing expertise in the design, development, and implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics systems.

• Assisting Project Managers in developing project plans including budgets, timelines, and forecasts.
• Analyzing the business performance and developing reports on performance metrics.
• Developing best practices to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
• Developing positive working relationships with customers and other department staff.
• Staying updated with ongoing business developments and the latest market trends.
• Data mining or extracting usable data from valuable data sources
• Using machine learning tools to select features, create and optimize classifiers
• Carrying out preprocessing of structured and unstructured data
You can get in if you can prove that you:
• Must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• Have 5 years of development experience.
• Good knowledge of Statistics
• Competent in at least 1 BI technology
• Competent in at least 1 business domain
• Good in SQL writing
• Outstanding in technical/business/sports/any other competitive area
• Competent in delivering high-quality/timely technical solutions to customers
• Fluent in core concepts of project development methodologies (e.g. agile, waterfall, etc.)
• Good email writing, presentation creation, and documentation skills
• Ability to create a positive influence on people
• Good in coordinating with international customers independently (remotely and in-person)
• Ability to present effectively in front of an audience
• Good problem-solving skills
