strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, processes, and requirements.
• Conduct detailed business analysis and document functional specifications.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to support decision-making.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and prioritize requirements.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP).
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
