Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst (Digital Applications) with 12+ years of experience in driving digital transformation initiatives. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology, ensuring the successful delivery of digital applications that enhance user experience and drive business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for digital applications.
- Develop detailed business, functional, and technical specifications for digital solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend digital solutions that align with business objectives.
- Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, and design sessions to capture business needs.
- Define and manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables for digital initiatives.
- Work closely with developers, designers, and product owners to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that digital applications meet business needs.
- Analyze digital application performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with digital security and data privacy standards.
- Prepare and present project reports, business cases, and impact analyses to senior management.
- Mentor junior business analysts and share best practices for digital transformation projects.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in digital applications and transformation projects.
- Proven experience in gathering and analyzing requirements for digital platforms such as mobile apps, web applications, and customer portals.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience using BA tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Lucidchart.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of digital business models and user experience (UX) design principles.
- Proficiency in creating process flows, wireframes, user stories, and use case diagrams.
- Hands-on experience with UAT planning and execution.
- Familiarity with digital technologies such as APIs, Cloud Platforms, and CRM systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical teams.
- Excellent documentation skills with the ability to produce business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA).
- Experience with digital transformation projects in industries such as banking, retail, healthcare, or telecommunications.
- Knowledge of AI/ML-driven digital solutions, chatbots, and personalization technologies.
- Understanding of data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to drive insights from digital solutions.
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms for building digital applications.
