We are seeking a Senior Support Engineer for our Kazakhstan office.
Role Summary:
Deliver operational support for Azure PaaS-based applications, including proactive monitoring, incident response, environment management, and user communication.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience supporting Azure-based environments or hybrid on-prem systems.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Azure Monitor, and PowerShell.
- Understanding of incident management practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Languages: Kazakh, Russian, English (B1/B2 min).
