Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect end-to-end data and application solutions on the Azure platform, leveraging Azure SQL Data Warehouse, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure App Services, and other relevant services.
- Lead the development and implementation of data integration, data warehousing, data management, and application development strategies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, application developers, data scientists, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices for data architecture, ETL processes, application development, data governance, and data security.
- Conduct architectural reviews and ensure solutions are aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives and technical standards.
- Optimize data warehouse performance through indexing, partitioning, and query optimization techniques.
- Develop scalable and efficient applications using Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and other relevant Azure services.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural designs, processes, and standards.

Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale data and application solutions. - Azure certifications related to data, analytics, and application development (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Data Engineer Associate, Azure Developer Associate) are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in implementing and delivering CMS, visualization, and data warehouse projects.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating new tools and methodologies as appropriate.
- Mentor and train team members on Azure data services, application development, and solution architecture principles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Extensive experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on Azure data platforms, data warehousing, and application development.
- Deep understanding of Azure SQL Data Warehouse, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Azure App Services, and other related services.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale data and application solutions.
- Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, database design, and application development frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of data governance, data quality, data security best practices, and application security principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Azure certifications related to data, analytics, and application development (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Data Engineer Associate, Azure Developer Associate) are highly desirable.
