- Meeting with technology managers to determine application requirements.

You can get in if you can prove that you:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree Computer Science or information technology.
- 10+ years of development experience using C# .NET.
- Good understanding with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns.
- Knowledge of .NET languages including C#, Visual Basic.NET, C++/CLI, J#, and JScript.NET.
- Proficient with front-end development languages including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Good understanding of architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC).
- Knowledge of REST and RPC APIs.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Have worked with remote teams.
- Experience working on international clients.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Manage teams before.
